How to delete my account in museArrIve?

Via museArrIve app

1. Access MuseArrIve app -> Click on your profile icon:

2. Click Delete account:

3. Click Yes, delete account to confirm:

4. You will receive a verification code to your registered email, check your email and fill in the code and click Verify Email to complete the process:

     

Via museArrIve AMS

1. Access our AMS

2. Click on Account tab in the bottom menu

3. Choose Delete your account

4. Please read carefully the warning, if you still want to delete your account, click Yes option
